The last I heard of this little fellow was that they were able to get it to automatically stabilize it's balance (while walking) when you pushed on it. Now, they have it throwing bricks. Bad robot dog! Bad! XD Just kidding.
However, with robots quickly becoming capable of throwing objects and walking, how does this help the human race in the long run? Will it? Will wars last longer or never end if robots were recruited in place of humans? Will this continually allow governments to financially deplete their public citizens, or will there finally be a cash cap placed on spending for war by then, so that the public doesn't financially suffer from the decisions made by their government? I'll leave that up to you guys to chew on.
